Financial Aid Office Announces New Procedure for Filing Complaint About Complexity of Complaint-Filing System
WAfter much criticism over a bureacratic system described as “labyrinthian” and “impossible”, NYU has announced new revised guidelines to filing a complaint about the complexity of the system of filing complaints. “We’ve streamlined the process completely. All you need is a machine running Windows 95, and then you’re free to use that to print off a complaint form which you can then fax to our central office in Hoboken,” said university spokesman Soulless Pawn. “It may take up to seven years to process your complaint, but rest assured, your voice is heard.” The university is also considering state-of-the-art smoke signals and carrier pigeons.
