NYU Administration Proudly Announces That Racism is Over

Following protests at Kimmel and a university-wide diversity forum on Wednesday, NYU administrators sent out an email on Saturday confirming that, thanks to everyone’s combined efforts, racism is officially over. “The wonderful dialogue and discourse we found at the forum was an incredible step in the right direction,” Provost David McLaughlin wrote, “The first and only step we need, because racism has now been vanquished. It is over. Kaput. Donezo.” McLaughlin went on to assure everyone that the complaints of minority students were,“heard loud and clear. So we, John Sexton and I, have both put a stop to this racism thing. Don’t worry, it’s done. You can all go back to tweeting about Drake now.”
